Thank you for making the cottage lovely for us – I enjoyed staying here. The sheep next door are lovely too (H – 9yrs). Enjoyed the 5 mile route to Uplyme, Lyme and Ware. A great walking base, if hilly! We were blessed with fantastic weather for February half-term. Our first visit to Dorset area and hope to return. Golden Cap and the walk and fossil hunting on Charmouth Beach gave us hours of fun.

A lovely few days away to round off the Easter holidays! Very easily spent the day in Lyme Regis – so much to do! Found our first ammonite, visited Dinowsaur land and the aquarium on the Cobb where we held a starfish and stroked a lobster. Also visited the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth and had a cream tea in Branscombe before enjoying a scenic walk down to the beach. We enjoyed a very chilly ride on the tram – a hot chocolate at the station café once we got off was very welcome!
